• glorification of violence and readiness to use it in politics
• fetishization of youth
• fetishization of masculinity
• leader cult
• lost-golden-age syndrome
• self-definition by opposition

Political movement traits of fascism:

• mass mobilization and mass party
• hierarchical party structure & tendency to purge the disloyal
• theatricality

Keep in mind, this is taken from the Italian & German versions of fascism. American fascism is likely to be different. To quote Sinclar Lewis from his book It Can't Happen Here: "... in America the struggle was befogged by the fact that the worst Fascists were they who disowned the word 'Fascism' and preached enslavement to Capitalism under the style of Constitutional and Traditional Native American Libert."

This was written in 2016. I think the "Benitos" they rate him at are almost certainly higher now than they were then.
